We only collect the essential information needed to complete your project. This includes your name, email address, and the project briefs/questionnaires you submit to us during the onboarding process.
To securely handle your files, we utilize Google Drive links for transferring assets such as images, logos, and copy documents. Your assets remain your intellectual property.
We process all transactions securely through industry-standard providers (Stripe/Razorpay). LaunchBox does not store or process your credit card details on our own servers at any time.
You maintain the right to delete your data. Upon written request to our support email, we will permanently delete all briefs, assets, and project data associated with your account from our internal systems.
