All projects require 100% payment upfront before work commences. Because of the rapid nature of our production process, we enforce a strict zero refunds policy once work has officially started on your project.
To keep our prices incredibly lean and our delivery fast, we operate on a strict 1 minimal revision policy. This single round of revisions is strictly for minor tweaks such as text changes, image swaps, or simple color adjustments. It does not cover changing the layout, rebuilding components, or complex custom design changes.
As the client, you are required to provide all final copy, product images, and any necessary links prior to the start of the build. We design, assemble, and launch using the assets you provide in the initial brief.
LaunchBox is solely responsible for the design, development, and delivery of the web assets. We are not liable for the client's business revenue, marketing success, or any consequential damages arising from the use of our delivered products.
